On Sunday, May 19th, we’ll be joining the Chefs' Table Society of British Columbia and other local restaurants at the Annual Spot Prawn Festival taking place at the False Creek Fishermen's Wharf. Chef Lee will be cooking one of 6 dishes at the festival’s brunch, with a tasting menu focused on spot prawns fresh out of the water. Come join us in celebrating the season!
