We’ll be heading to Vancouver Island in June for the annual BC Seafood Festival! Comox Valley is a major hub for shellfish in British Columbia and a perfect destination for a bonafide seafood celebration. Chef Lee will be cooking at the festival’s signature event-the Gala Dinner on Friday, June 14th set in Filberg Heritage Lodge and Park. The Gala is an interactive dinner with some of Western Canada’s top chefs and seafood producers offering a variety of tasting stations.
