In November, Chef is planning an Ocean Wise four course, beverage-paired dinner focused on shellfish.
Guests will be treated to dinner at an intimate communal table that faces the kitchen and raw bar, where they will watch Chef Cooper and his culinary team create each dish with thoughtful wine pairings with each course included in the ticket price.
